I had got my hand xray during 3 to 4th week of my pregnancy. Will the radiations harm baby or increase chances of getting cancer in future? NT scan and dual marker is normal

The  day you skip your period your 4 weeks pregnant Any radiation should be avoided in pregnancy A single x-ray will not harm the baby or increase chances of cancer in future
