Marginal Osteophytosis,Tibial spiking,patellar beaking with reduced Tibio femoral & Patello Femoral joint spaces and Subchondral lucencies are noticed along the Medial Tibial & Femoral condyles S/O Tri- compartmental Osteoarthritic Changes( L is greater than R). Kindly advice your guidelines & looking my age what precautions should be taken in future.

Tricompartment means advice osteoarthritis.. Medicine Hot water massage Avoid squatting and cross leg sitting Quadriceps exercise All is temporary solution If this is not working, then knee replacement surgery
