I am having difficulty in breathing...So i went for x ray..Is this x ray normal or abnormal...please help

Hi noted above history and related issues As difficult in breathing cannot be diagnosed on x ray it required history and symptoms analysis?? Which is missing And secondly x ray which has been put forward is a female x-ray ? Kindly provide proper details!!
