This knee joint  x ray was done to check whether growth plates are open or closed.And will.height increase in future ?Is this open?If it is open then how much can I grow and in what time it will get closed.Age 19 yrs 1 month

Growth plate is closed And u might hav little extra growth but will not help much in ur height As suggested involve in sports activities

Growth plate is fused usually gets fused by this age , but still growth occurs , engage is sports like basketball and volleyball or badminton to improve height ,
