Hi my self vijay, after plaster off my wrist is stiff and doesn't move properly. I want to know how it heal properly will it work same as before plaster, for this how many time it will take for properly...

How much time you have been applied plaster? For 6 weeks or so the stiffness will go with physiotherapy. You have to just undergo hot fomentation and physiotherapy Queries are invited. I hope this is helpful. Regards
