I hve a wrist sprain nd i reached today to physio docotr who asked me for bandage on thumb to wrist but when i removed it after 3 hours then there is a stiffness i not able to move my wrist downward so whts hpning twll me plzz nd should i still use bandage if yes then for how much time tell plzz and exercises should i do..? plzz tell me only about questions only which i asked... thanks to doctor

Ur physio haven’t given u full treatment as for now u may need to have a ultrasound management for the sprain which will reduce ur pain
