Wrist pain and knee pain

Hello doctor, I am currently suffering for multiple issues and that's why I chose this platform as I live in delhi and it's not easy for me to visit the clinic. About the issue, I have a regular pain in my right knee and on both the wrists. Aparently, a bone can be seen bulging out on the wrists if I bend the wrist inside.

Tht swelling is not bone it is called ganglion it has nothing to do with ur pains
