From the past few months, I observed a bump like on bottom of my wrist. From past few days, it has started paining a little. It is just at the end of my palm. It pains on pressing it.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Its a ganglion. Ganglion are known to be painful. Do not put too much stress on this area. Kindly also consult a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management.  As of now you can take a tab. Zerodol-p twice a day for managing when there is too much pain.
