Wrinkles due to itching on face

I am a male with a skin diseases called atopic dermatitis since my birth and because of this i get a lot itch on my joints as well as my whole face ,sometimes i itch my face badly especially the cheeks and my forehead . I wanted to ask if this itching on face will cause wrinkles to appear on my face and if it does than how can i repair the damage
