How to remove wound scar that one may get from scratches and similar? Any ointment? Any specific moisturizer for hands?

Depends on how deep the wound is? If it is superficial  plain moisturising may help. Ointments like mederma and contractubex may help a few scars. Ofcourse deeper the scar management differs. Better to avoid scratching though.
