Hello Doctor, I had a bike slip and wound was dressed for upto 4 days. Is it better to leave it open now or continue the dressing? I have no major problems except psoriasis on scalp for which I am taking homeopathic medicine. Can I continue it with antibiotic (Cephalexin 200) & pain killers (Diclogesic)?
