Blister formation is common in diabetic patient. Need to keep glucose level under control and maintain good skin hygiene.

There is a possibility of infection in soft tissues associated with diabetes. Have you checked your sugar levels.. Is the wound still persistently discharging pus ??
Next Steps
You should immediately visit a nearby hospital, get wound dressing, if pus collection is there, get pus culture and sensitivity, check sugar levels.. get it under control..
