Dear ,.its not common area of wound , actually in this area very difficult getting wound getting cure itself so need to fallow your treating doctor

I would advise you to visit the ER so that the wound can be evaluated and the right choice of treatment can be given and you may have to undergo investigations such as CBC, thyroid profile, vitamin B12, HbA1c to find any underlying causes for the wound not to heal.
