Wound injury on right leg joined

Since 2 months I am suffering from this wound problem. It is paining some times and swelling. I met the doctor 3 times, doctor gave me some antibiotics and cream. Tablet ( moxikind CV 625) and cream (mupi ointment ) I am keeping my wound open but till now it is not healed even 40%. Please help what should I do to heal it completely.
