Hi, my son is 3 yr old. today morning somehow he got wounds in his private area. its look like skin is peeled off (like when we fell down). little bleeding and its stopped immediately. i can see white skin in peeled areas now, after few hours, small pus in white-ish color came (just little drop). there is pain while he urinate, he doesn't cry. active only. no fever so far. we use diaper at night time only. should we concerned about it?! it doesn't look like infection, but not sure
