Hi my cousin has some wound in nose...it is caused while he inserted his little finger n trying to screw up there in nostrils to fetch some dirt there.. now it is bleeding lightly n we guess  also having some pus formed.. having gentle pain while touching it..please suggest some medicine to cure it...

His is having vestibulitis. Apply soframycin ointment over the wound. That's enough.
