Wosulin 50/50 and humalog mix 50/50

I have doubt in combinations of these two insulins 1.) Wosulin: biphasic isophane insulin injection I. P (50% soluble insulin/human insulin and 50% of isophane insulin injection), injection (r-DNA origin) 2.) Humalog mix 50/50: insulin lispro biphasic injection I. p (50% insulin lispro and 50% insulin lispro protamine suspension), injection (r-DNA) Pls explain whether these both are same or different Thank you

Wosulin is regular insulin with NPH and need to be taken 30 min prior to the meal. Humalog is lispro faster analogue with NPH and can be taken just before meal. Both are different and humalog is costly because its faster analogue

Hello.. Both of these insulin contain mixture of short acting insulin and intermediate acting insulin... Just in later it is lispro instead of regular insulin which is analogue insulin which acts faster.... But efficacy wise almost similar.. U can use any one them
