Worse neck pain

I have neck pain which occur whole day. It get worse while sleeping and I don't use pillow and sometimes there is worse pain in my left arm and shoulder

This is suggestive of Cervical Spondylosis This required Clinical Examination Please consult a neurosurgeon at the earliest

You need to get Xray cervical spine -AP & lateral view done...As you can be suffering from early cervical spondylitis...You need to visit orthopaedician..
