Worry and anxiety

I often feel like losing my near ones or something terrible is going to happen. This anxiety levels up my heart beat rate and stool pressure develops. I am never been in any medicine before. Please advise how to manage the stress.

You need proper counselling and guidance to manage your stress level.consult an experienced counselling psychologist to overcome this issue. By knowing your history the therapist can find out the causes for this type of phobia which will help u to get out of this problem. Lot of exercises and technics is there to help you.
