So I just got 2 molar teeth removed a little over 30 hours ago, and it seems to be healing fine. However, outside the actual socket itself has a little reddish yellow discoloration. I took a picture and drew arrows pointing to it, I'm on 150mg clindamycin 2 tablets 3 times daily.

30 hours is too short time to conclude anything. Your description is suggestive of sloughing around the wound which is common and you need not to worry. Continue your medicines and relax. You should add warm water with pinch of salt rinses towards the site of extraction 4-5 times a day for next one week
