Worms in stool

I have seen some thread like worms in my stool. I have normaly seen it when my stool is like paste . It is not seen when it is hard. Many a times i feel burning after motion in my stomach . Irritating in anal area while defecating . I have acid problem and some times i feel pain in my back area between shoulder area .
