My kid had anal itching. I saw visible white worm in the anus. Physician advised mebex 100mg  6 tablets for 3 days after 14 days zental syrup. She completed mebex last Thursday.Yesterday complained anal discomfort and saw white worm.need to wait till zental syrup to be completed or have to take consultation to start medication?

Give Zentel syp then Wait for at least 1 week, if problem persists then u consult pediatrician.
