Worm in walnut
Today I ate one walnut and then when eating next I noticed there was I a worm. I was bid like 1 cm and I threw it. Even I didn't swallow any walnut and spit out whatever I was chewing but still not sure. Last week as well i had eaten it by mistake and took 1 zental tab and and last month also same happened and I took 1 zental tablet and 3 tab of metrogyl for 5 days . Please tell do I need to take medicine again?? Will taking it again cause any harm or side effects??

Please check it before eating ...if it's fresh and gud eat it...don't repeat this silly things and worry..no need to take tablets now ..unless u hv no symptoms..if u hv any vomit like symptoms?
