Regularize sleep and wake pattern. Surya-namaskar / stretch exercises for spine health and mobility. 30 mins aerobic exercise 5 days a week. ( dance /online zumba) Sweating is important, You should not feel breathless. Food : high protein, low carb. Normal diet has adequate carbs. {Sweets/ milk shakes /cakes are the extra carbs which must be avoided} Small plate size helps in reducing food portions. Eat as per hunger. Start eating 500kcal lesser than you normally eat in the whole day. Reducing total-calorie intake slowly and allowing body to adjust to the new pattern, is a more sustainable lifestyle than drastic fad food diets.
