Syp Zyncet 5 ml once / day x 5 days, caladryl lotions all over body, hope fever not there ?

Use dove or pears soap to bathe the child,use only light cotton clothing,and keep in cool surroundings. Continue with syp atarax 2.5 ml twice a day for 5 days. If not improving in 48 hours,consult your paediatrician or skin specialist.
