Withdrawal bleeding and back pain

I took unwanted 72 last week and am having withdrawal bleeding since yesterday and now suffering with immense back pain and stomach pain. Unbearable back pain it is. Took a meftal spas tablet. What else should I do to reduce my back and stomach pain .is it normal if i have such painful cramps and back pain like periods when i take ipill
