Baby having very high fever 105 ..admitted in hospital and diagnised urine infection..started iv antibiotics from day 1 ...fever reduced at day 3..urine culture report e coli found..then changed to oral antibiotic cephalexin for 7 days 3 times 1 ml..but day 4 and 5 no fever..day 6 today started high fever 103.. I dono what to do??plz help me
