Hello sir! It's better to take a full mouth x-ray(OPG) to see if all the 4 wisdom teeth are impacted and also to know it's position. The dentist will fix your appointment for the tooth to be removed. Inform them about your past/present medical history like diabetes, hypertension, fits, any bleeding disorders, allergic to any medicines. If anything is relevant take the reports with you. If nothing is significant the tooth can be removed the same day. You will have pain and swelling for three days after the removal for which the dentist will prescribe you medicines.

It usually is an outpatient procedure that does not require tests if you are medically healthy. You will need to take x Ray's to confirm the tooth position.

Though it does not need admission and can be done easily in a dental clinic setup. However routine blood investigations are recommended .

Hi Impacted wisdom tooth requires x-ray to rule out the position .If no other systemic problem you can proceed with extraction .If requires blood investigation to be done.  Take tablet ketoral DT for immediate pain relief.
