Visit dentist for clinical examination and x ray followed by 3D scan if suggested by dentist. Usually when wisdom teeth cause problems they are removed. They don't need to be replaced after removal. If there are chances that tooth can erupt properly then maintainance of good oral hygiene and ultrasonic cleaning should help you. If problem is with only the covering gums then operculectomy can be done. Clinical examination and x ray very important for diagnosis.

It is always better to get your wisdom tooth removed specially in the case where the tooth hasn't erupted properly. And specifically if it's partially erupted it is going to trouble you in the long run too as you can't clean it properly as our brushes don't reach till that part of out mouth

Visit d dentist , get an x ray done .it's usually  pericoronitis , get operculectomy done .I.e removal of d  tissue flap covering d tooth

Need clinical pic and OPG for final diagnosis. OPG shows whether there is space for eruption , damaging adjacent tooth or infected. If there is space for eruption, and the gums covering it is infected, then go for operculectomy procedure. If the tooth itself is infected, go for extraction. If there is no space for eruption and it is going to damage your second molar ( before tooth), then go for extraction.
