Need clinical pic and OPG for final diagnosis.
OPG shows whether there is space for eruption , damaging adjacent tooth or infected. If there is space for eruption, and the gums covering it is infected, then go for operculectomy procedure.
If the tooth itself is infected, go for extraction. If there is no space for eruption and it is going to damage your second molar ( before tooth), then go for extraction.

Now, use a saline gargle or mouthwashes. If there is a severe pain, you may need pain killers and antibiotics. Avoid using that side for chewing .
