Hello mam Prolonged  procedure in extraction leads muscle inflammation.... N sometimes spasm.. Which hurts.. Nothing to serious  slow movements.. N small exercise of face help in getting back to normal... Well if too painful take analgesics.. Like calpol or ibuprofen 500mg after food if pain.. On sos.
Next Steps
Try to relax.. N let the facial muscle also relax.. Take an analgesic.. For immediate relief.. Ice compress also soothes a lot..
