Wisdom tooth extraction

2018-07-27 00:51:36
Are the wisdom tooth extractions always too painful? I had got my left side wisdom tooth removed and I couldn't handle the pain during the procedure. I am not able to gain strength to go to dentist ever since.

Well.. If performed under optimum local anesthesia then the experience of pain is almost negligible no where near your horrific experience plus it depends upon positioning of your wisdom tooth in bone

Hi Wisdom tooth removal is little technical way , usually after that you will have slight pain and swelling. Another option is you can remove that under conscious sedation in which you won't feel anything even the anaesthetic prick .

After proper local anesthesia the extraction should be more or less painless. After the procedure, painkillers will give relief from pain. So don’t worry, consult a good oral surgeon and go for the extraction
