I have completely grown all four wisdom tooth . My age is 21. Is it necessary to extract all wisdom tooth. Please I want advice.
A good full mouth Xray will show all ure teeth and supporting structures . This will help us predict any untoward growth pattern of the wisdom teeth /third molars too. Pls post an X-ray or help us get you one

Depends on the position of your wisdom teeth, wat I mean is how are they placed and are they helping u in chewing.
An OPG(full mouth Xray) would be needed to evaluate the position.
