I hv been having the wisdom tooth ache since three days...it is swelled and the pain is unbearable wat should i do now

Do warm saline gargle and brush the area covering gums softly with brush daily. Have analgesics if pain is severe. You may require antibiotics if pain continues. Please do warm saline water gargling 3 to 4 times daily and do take an appointment and visit ur nearby dentist as soon as possible before the pain and swelling gets worst.
