It needs immediate attention. Please visit any oral surgeon to get the third molar out. U can start with antibiotics and painkillers for now to ease out the pain.

Do warm saline gargle and brush the area covering gums softly with brush daily. Have analgesics if pain is severe. You may require antibiotics if pain continues. Further you will have to see a dentist and get X ray done to decide long term treatment plans for the current issue else it may recur later.

Please do warm saline water gargling 3 to 4 times daily and do take an appointment and visit ur nearby dentist as soon as possible before the pain and swelling gets worst.
Next Steps
extraction if the tooth is not infected
Health Tips
if swelling is too much ,wait till the swelling subsides and take necessary antibiotics as suggested by your dentist and discuss in detail for whether the tooth has to be removed surgically ( if the tooth is partially erupted or unerupted) or normal extraction ( if the tooth is fully erupted )
