Yes, you can marry and have children. Regarding inheritance, it gets a bit complex. Treatment doesn't affect the chances of your child getting it. It is a recessively inherited disease which means both the parents must have abnormal copies of the gene and transmit it to the child. So, though there are chances for your child to be affected, it is unlikely. I have seen several patients with Wilson's with normal children. Best regards.
