My one side Eye having red and some yellowish. I took a doctor opinion he said it's unwanted grow on eye. It can only operate. No medicine available for remove it. If I operate it will it come back

With present day new surgeries, pterigium will not come back again.pl consult Ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
