Schaphoid fracture minor fracture ...what precaution i should take ? Its already casted .

No precautions once it is plastered. Try to keep the cast on for 6 weeks. Scaphoid bone is notorious beacuse of its precarious blood supply and predisposition to Avascular necrosis. It along with lunate forms the wrist joint with radius bone.
