Why one sided headache will come

I am 35 year old male. I am a CA. I have stress all the year. But recently in last 2 months, I have been having this headache, which is just on one side. Mostly on the right side. It effects my work. What could be reason for one sided headache? Will a pain killer help atleast for a temporary relief?

Your symptoms are suggestive of a tension headache. I would advise you too meet a neurologist so that you can be examined and undergo necessary investigations to confirm the diagnosis and be treated accordingly.
