Since I don't know the nature of your work or your daily routine, it is only possible to provide general guidelines.
1. Please ensure that you have a balanced diet and eat your meals on time.
2. Have a fixed bedtime routine.
3. Reduce carbohydrates and fats in diet.
4. 20 min of brisk walking everyday.
5. Stop tea/coffee/smoking/alcohol etc.
6. Increase water intake to 4 litres a day.
