I am 46 years old and I have high cholesterol levels in my body. I was told that it can cause blockage in my heart and I need to cut down the cholesterol in my body ASAP unless I want a stuffed heart. Why heart blockage happens when there is a high cholesterol level in the body?

Stress Echo need to be done, if normal,then just control cholesterol with diet and exercise
