I am a mother of 2, aged 34 years. I have a tendency of getting cavities easily. I read that one gets it in the inside of the teeth. But for me, why do I get cavities in between the teeth? How to avoid them? And also is it cavities or it could be something else?

The cavities between the teeth can be reduced by flossing in addition to brushing. You can also use a water flosser. Use a fluoridated toothpaste
