Hi am 53 year old male, I have no physical problem till now. Since few days I am having pain in my knee while walking. This pain is only present when I am walking, not while climbing stairs or sitting down. I even do swimming but the pain is no there. what should be the reason of this pain?

Could be the beginning of arthritis. Good u r active. Start some quadriceps strengthening exercises
