I am a 40 year old, obese by weight. I am into a sitting job. Since last one week, I am finding it difficult to breathe after eating every meal in the day. Why do I feel this difficulty? Will this problem keep on increasing? Is this a start to some major disease?

There are multiple possibilities for this to occur based on your history but it isn't specific to a certain diagnosis. I would advise you to meet a gastroenterologist so that you can be examined and undergo the necessary investigations to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly.
