Last year i felt heart palpitation.. it repeated 2-3 times again. I checked with 3-4 cardiologist and every report were came normal.. Is this anxiety or anything else? If yes, why happened to me.

having just palpitation or accompanied by sweating or tremors or dry mouth are the signs of generalised anxiety disorder. it has a very good prognosis if diagnosed at a early stage.
