Whooshing sound in ears

Hi. I have whooshing sound in ears ,sometimes mild pain and low hearing in left ear. I had same problem some time back and dr had suggested otrivin nasal drops 2 times a day in both nostrils along with steam once or twice a day for 3 days and i got well. Can i continue with the same this time too? Thank you.

Yes u can take the same for 2-3 days followed by steam But sometimes nose drops alone might not be completely effective and require anti allergics or decongestants So Incase if not relieved in 3 days Kindly consult a ent doc
