Whenever I exposed to heat or a temperature increases my whole body start itching sometimes it's uncontrollable and little hives or bumps comes like a photo which i attached . this photo is someone else. i applied calamine lotion but no improvement in condition. tommorow i have a exam and what should i do so my itching doesn't start their because of this itching i am not going outside now - day's. please give some advice 🥺 what should I do . i don't even wear in winter beacuse of this.
