From few days suffering from continuing going washroom in short intervals but as of today feeling high abdominal pain lower back pain

Urinary tract infection or pelvic inflammatory disease most probably 1) urine routine and culture test 2)pap smear of vaginal discharge for microbiology and others 3) fasting and postprandial blood sugar levels 4) ultrasound abdomen and pelvis Drink plenty of fluids alongwith douching of vagina with antiseptic solution and Vaginal pessary You need antibiotics and analgesics also URINE alkaliser two teaspoons mixed with 100ml water to be taken 4 time's daily To be reviewed with your query soon for prescription of drugs and better treatment advice

Can be due to renal calculi. You need whole abdomen ultrasound. KFT blood test And Urine routine and microscopy test

Drink plenty of water. 4 liters per day. syrup alkasol 5 ml 3 times in a day for a week ( mix 5 ml in a cup of warm water then drink) Tab Aceclofenac 100 mg twice in a day for 3 days. tab pantop D-sr one's in a day empty stomach for 5 day's.
