Urinary tract infection or pelvic inflammatory disease most probably
1) urine routine and culture test
2)pap smear of vaginal discharge for microbiology and others
3) fasting and postprandial blood sugar levels
4) ultrasound abdomen and pelvis
Drink plenty of fluids alongwith douching of vagina with antiseptic solution and Vaginal pessary
You need antibiotics and analgesics also
URINE alkaliser two teaspoons mixed with 100ml water to be taken 4 time's daily

syrup alkasol 5 ml 3 times in a day for a week ( mix 5 ml in a cup of warm water then drink)
Tab Aceclofenac 100 mg twice in a day for 3 days.
