Can whole abdomen and pelvis ultrasound detect pregnancy after 5 weeks of intercourse and Did not had any intercourse in this 5 weeks

You can get pregnancy diagnosis from Sonography of lower abdomen and also from TVS. You don't have to get sonography of the whole abdomen to diagnose a 5 weeks pregnancy.

Vaginal usg will be able to detect the pregnancy. However it will very early scan , just the beginning of pregnancy will be confirmed. For the baby and heart beat to show up u will have to wait for another 7-10 days.
