White patches and some bumps back throt and I have white patches in mouth for 6 months . It any oral cancer troat cancer

It does not look like any cancerous lesions.. And if u don't have any habits like smoking or alcohol or tobacco chewing then it's not to worry.. If there are any habits please stop them

Bumps are Cobblestone mucosa of irritation in the throat wall. You must be having long time sinus infection or work on duty or chemical, welding etc or must be having Acid reflux for long time. These are some causes of the bumps.
