Dear practo.. I am facing problem of white hair in my head and beard since 1and half year. But now the whitening of hair in beard happening very fast. Is there any way to contain it or slow the pace of whitening of hair. I am feeling very depressed

If it’s progressive then getting yourself evaluated for nutritional deficiency is very important. Greying of hair cannot be reversed.. taking a multivitamin with zinc and b12 will help in reducing the progression
