Folic acid5 MG two times after breakfast n dinner  for 2 weeks. Becosule z one at night after dinner for two weeks. Locally apply Zytee lotion with  ear bud before meals . Wait for 30 min Not to rinse take meals. Than apply candid lotion nothing by mouth till 30min. For 7 days.   Montek lc one at night for 5 days.
